心血管内科护士连续排班及其层级管理的效果 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨心血管内科实施护士连续排班与分层级管理的效果。方法以24h连续小组排班为基础,将临床护理人员分成护理组长、注册护士、辅助护士3个层级,由护理组长全面负责,实施连续排班与层级管理。结果实施连续排班与层级管理3个月后,科室护理质量得分显著高于实施前(P<0.05),护理缺陷数明显少于实施前(P<0.05);患者、医生和护士的满意度均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科实施护士连续排班与层级管理后,减少了护理缺陷,提高了护理质量和患者满意率,人力资源得到了合理使用,达到了患者与医护工作者均满意的双赢局面。 Objective To investigate the effect of nurses’ consecutive shifts and level management in department of cardiovascular medicine.Methods Based on three consecutive group shifts in 24 hours,clinical nurses were classified into three levels:nursing leaders,registered nurses and auxiliary nurses.The nursing leader had overall charge of the work.Results After 3 months’ implementation of nurses’ consecutive shifts and level management,the nursing quality score and satisfaction of patients,nurses and physicians of the department were significantly higher than before(P〈0.05),while the nursing defects were significantly less than before(P〈0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of consecutive shifts and level management in department of cardiovascular medicine,the nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction are improved while the nursing defects are decreased.The human resources are deployed in a reasonable way to achieve a win-win situation for the patients and medical staff.
