摘要
目的了解合同制护士职业综合素质情况,寻找有效的管理方法,提高护理质量。方法采用自行设计的职业综合素质问卷,对已在本院工作1~2年的104名合同制护士进行调查。结果合同制护士的学历:本科23人,占22.1%;大专64人,占61.5%;中专17人,占16.3%。职称:护师33人,占31.7%;护士71人,占68.3%。合同制护士综合素质优秀者15人,占14.4%;良好者占26人,占25.0%;中等者45人,占43.3%;差者18人,占17.3%。合同制护士在思想品德、职业道德、专业技能、心理素质、工作能力以及人文综合素质等方面的评分分别为(80.2±11.7)、(83.6±9.02)、(77.5±13.9)、(68.4±13.4)、(74.3±15.1)、(72.5±10.1)分。结论只有做好合同制护士的管理工作,尽快提高其综合素质,才能推动医院护理工作的持续发展。
Objective To comprehend the overall professional quality of new employed nurses so as to seek effective management method for improving nursing quality.Methods A total of 104 contract nurses with 1~2 years of working experience in the hospital were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire on their overall professional quality.Results The contrast nurses’ education of bachelor(n=23),college(n=64) and secondary(n=17) accounted for 22.1%,61.5% and 16.3% respectively.The professional titles of senior nurse(n=33) and nurse(n=71) accounted for 31.7% and 68.3% respectively.Nurses with excellent(n=15),good(n=26),average(n=45)and poor(n=18) overall qualities accounted for 14.4%,25.0%,43.3% and 17.3% respectively.The overall quality scores of contract nurses in ethics,professional ethics,professional skills,mental capacity,ability to work as well as human aspects were 80.2±11.7,83.6±9.02,77.5±13.9,68.4±13.4,74.3±15.1,72.5±10.1 respectively.Conclusion Effective management of contract nurses with enhanced overall quality plays an vital role in promoting the long-term development of nursing work for hospitals.
