创面负压封闭引流技术治疗皮肤软组织缺损的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Skin Soft Tissue Defects Treated with Vacuum Sealing Drainage

目的探讨创面负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗皮肤软组织缺损的效果及护理措施。方法总结2007年10月至2009年3月采用VSD治疗的38例皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料与护理措施。结果 38例患者均愈合良好,无一例发生严重感染或骨髓炎。结论 VSD配合精心护理,有利于皮肤软组织缺损患者更快、更好地康复。

Objective To explore the effects and nursing measures of skin soft tissue defects treated with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）.Methods Thirty-eight patients with skin soft tissue defects treated with VSD from October 2007 through March 2009 were enrolled in the study and their clinical data and nursing measures were summarized accordingly.Results All the 38 patients were cured,without severe infection or osteomyelitis.Conclusion The VSD combined with intensive nursing contributes to better and early recovery for patients with skin soft tissue defects.
