摘要
目的改进病区护理质量管理模式,提高神经内科护理质量。方法根据职称将病区护士分为4个小组,每组设责任组长1名、责任护士3名,组长由有丰富专科知识和经验的主管护师担任。每小组负责5~6名患者,包括全部治疗护理和健康教育工作。结果实施责任制护理小组后,日均输液呼叫铃声次数减少,呼叫后护士到位时间明显缩短(均P<0.01);患者的疾病知识知晓率(95.3%)和护理满意率(98.4%)高于传统管理模式下的84.5%和90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。结论责任制护理小组管理模式体现了以人为本的理念,提高了护士的工作效率和护理服务质量。
Objective To improve the quality of ward nursing management and nursing quality in neurological department.Methods According to the professional titles,all the nurses were divided into 4 groups,with a group leader and 3 primary nurses in each group.Each group was responsible for 5 to 6 patients,concerning all curative care and health education under the supervision of a nurse-in-charge with a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience in nursing.Results After the implementation of primary nursing team,the daily number of ringing calls for infusion was reduced and the nurses could take their responsibilities timely(P〈0.01).The disease awareness rate(95.3%) and nursing satisfaction rate(98.4%) under the administration of primary nursing team were significantly higher than those(84.5% vs 90.0%) under the routine management mode(P〈0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Primary nursing team embodies the human-centered concept and improves the nursing efficiency and nursing service quality.
