不同止血压脉带预防动静脉内瘘并发症的效果

Effects of Different Tourniquet on Arteriovenous Fistula Complications

目的比较两种不同止血压脉带预防维持性血液透析动静脉内瘘并发症的效果。方法将80例使用动静脉内瘘的血液透析患者采用随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组各40例。透析后,A组3163例次采用纱布块止血压脉带止血,B组3972例次采用纱布滚指套止血压脉带止血。比较应用两种止血压脉带患者内瘘并发症的发生率。结果纱布滚指套止血压脉带比纱布块止血压脉带引起的内瘘并发症为少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纱布滚指套止血压脉带能减少内瘘并发症的发生率,延长内瘘使用寿命,是一种简单、安全、有效的动静脉内瘘止血压脉带,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of two different kinds of tourniquets on arteriovenous fistula complications.Methods Eighty hemodialysis patients using an arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into group A and group B of 40 cases each.After hemodialysis,3163 cases/times in group A used gauze tourniquet for hemostasis,while 3972 cases/times in group B used gauze roll tourniquet.Comparisons were conducted on the incidents of arteriovenous fistula complications of the two different tourniquets.Results The patients with gauze roll tourniquet had lower incidents of arteriovenous fistula complications than those with gauze tourniquet（P0.05）.Conclusion Gauze roll tourniquet can effective reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications,extend the service life of fistula.As a simple,safe and effective tourniquet for arteriovenous fistula,gauze roll tourniquet deserves further application in clinical practice.
