摘要
高校餐旅企业管理专业是随着我国旅游业兴旺发达而出现的新学科。满足社会需求,确保人才质量是其竞争之本;加强基础教育,充实教学内容,拓宽专业发展方向,增强岗位转换能力是其基本任务;校企联合,开放式情景教学是其发展方向。
Dining and tourism management, with the rapid development of the tourist industry of our country, has become a new subject course in many collges and universities of China. In order to survive in the competitive reality, this course, from its very birth, should meet the need of society and ensure the quality of the students. So the main task in education should be focused on the solid basic knonledge, rich teaching contents, extended course directions, and slective POst -- taking competence of the students. As a developing trend, this course should also be collaborated with enterprises in education and introduce the open and situational teaching approach.
