深圳市599株副溶血性弧菌血清学鉴定结果分析 被引量:4

Results of serological identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus

摘要 目的了解南山区副溶血性弧菌血清群分布及流行趋势。方法依据GB/T4789.7-2003方法,对食物中毒病人肛拭样本及日常临测的食品和水产品样品进行副溶血性弧菌分离、培养及血清学鉴定,数据进行统计及分析。结果共分离到分离副溶血性弧菌599株,分属11个血清群,主要为O3、O1、O4、O5血清群,共占78.62%。其中食物中毒病人分离454株,主要血清群为O3占61.67%(280/454),O1占12.33%(56/454),O4占9.69%(44/454);食品和水产品样品分离145株,主要血清群为O3占24.83%(36/145),O1占12.41%(18/145),O4占10.34%(15/145),O5占8.97%(13/145)。结论食物中毒病人肛拭样本分离的副溶血性弧菌与食品和水产品样品分离的副溶血性弧菌血清群都以O3,O1,O4为主,食物中毒病人分离株血清分群缺少O7,O9,O10三个血清群,但食品和水产品样品分离株血清群O1~O11都有,更具血清分群多样化特点。 Aim To identify the main serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains separated from food poisonings patients. Methods According to the method of GB/T4789.7 -2003,Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated and serological identified from samples. Results Totally 599 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were isolated,including 11 serum group. O3,O1,O4 and O5 were the predominant serotypes,occupied 78.62%. Isolates with serotype O3,O1 and O4 predominated in food poisonings,454 strains respectively were 61.67%、12.33%、9.69%; While isolates with serotype O3,O1,O4 and O5 predominated in the polluted food and marine product,145strains respectively were 24.83% 、12.41% 、10.34% 、8.97%. Conclusion Serotype O3,O1,O4 were the predominant serotypes in the separated Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains; Serotype O7,O9,O10 were not detected in food poisonings samples,while serotype O1~ O11 were all in he polluted food and marine product samples.
