原发性高血压血浆纤维蛋白原及超敏C-反应蛋白变化分析 被引量:1

Variations and significance of plasma fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with primary hypertension

摘要 目的观察原发性高血压(Primary hypertension,PH)患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fibringen,Fib)及超敏C-反应蛋白(High Sensitive C-Reactive protein,Hs-CRP)水平变化,探讨二者在原发性高血压病中的临床应用价值。方法选择经临床确诊的原发性高血压者160例,其中高血压Ⅰ级48例,高血压Ⅱ级62例,高血压Ⅲ级50例,另选健康体检者50例为对照组,分别采用磁珠法,透射免疫比浊法对Fib,Hs-CRP进行测定。结果血浆Fib水平在Ⅰ级PH患者升高不明显(P>0.05),Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者显著升高(分别为P<0.05或P<0.01),血浆Hs-CRP水平在各级高血压患者中升高显著,与对照组比较P<0.01。结论各级PH患者血浆中Fib、Hs-CRP水平均有一定的变化,联合Fib、Hs-CRP的检测,对PH临床评估判断预后具有一定的临床意义。 Aim To observe the levels of plasma fibrinogen(Fib)and high sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)in patients with primary hypertension(PH). Methods There 160 primary hypertension cases inccluding 48 at PH grade I,62 at PH grade Ⅱ,50 cases at PH grade Ⅲ ,were eamined and compared with 50 healthy individuals. Results The plasma Fib level in patients at PH gradeⅠwas not increased significantly(P〉0.05),and the levels at PHⅡand Ⅲ grade were significantly higher than the control group (y P〈0.05 and P〈0.01).The plasma level of Hs-CRP elevated significantly in all PH patients (P〈0.01). Conclusions There levels of plasma Fib,Hs-CRP in patients with PH would increase at certain degree ,joint detection of Fib,Hs-CRP is of cettain significance in prognosis of PH.
