摘要
目标管理是以泰罗的科学管理和行为科学理论为基础形成的一套管理制度。凭借这种管理制度,可以使组织的成员亲自参加工作目标的制定,实现“自我控制”,并努力完成工作目标。本文试图从理论和实践中论证实现“自我控制”是目标管理之精髓。
Management by objects (MBO) is a set of (management) regulatory regimes formed on the basis of Taylor's scientific management and behavior or science theory. It is possible to make the organization members take part in the formulation of the working target, realize 'self-control' and try to finish the target. In this article, the writer's tentalive discussion is to prove that realize 'self-control' is the essence of Management by objects (MBO) based on theory and practice.
