浅谈农村中小学英语教师继续教育

Discussion on the Continuing Education of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary School

农村教育是关系我国教育水平高低的重要因素之一,农村中小学教育的发展是推进农村整体教育的关键。随着教育方针政策的不断改进,近几年农村中小学教师的继续教育也得到了重视。本文主要从分析英语教师教学现状出发,提出了一些发展继续教育的途径和方法。

Rural education is one of the important elements that can influence the whole development of education in China.And the development of rural primary and secondary education became the key to promoting rural education as a whole.With the continuous improvement of education policies in recent years,the continuing education of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas has also been duly noted.This paper aims to put forward some ways and methods for continuing education by analyzing the present situation of English teaching.
