亚洲金融危机发生国,均不同程度存在外债管理的漏洞和失误。作者将其与中国外债进行了对比分析,指出了中国外债管理的主要问题,提出了解决问题的思路。
The Failures and loopholes exist to varying degrees in forign debts administration in those Asian countries in which the financial crisis happens. Through the comparison and analysis with Chinese foreign debts administration, the author points out the main problems in China.
