摘要
构建新的图书馆绩效管理体系,已成为图书馆变革的重要内容,也初步取得了一些成果。但是,在图书馆绩效管理实践中存在着一些问题和困境,也迫切需要我们从理论与实践的层面,对如何完善图书馆绩效管理工作进行一些思考。
Performance management has been widely introduced into library management and has brought into positive results. However, there still exists some problems and troubles, which need further reflections theoretically and practically to perfect the system of management.
