时点数列序时平均数的计算问题，是统计学教学的重点和难点之一。本文是在归纳多种统计学教材对其讲授特点的基础上，提出时点数列序时平均数的计算方法的改进尝试，以便提高讲授的科学性，突出序时平均的规律性，简化计算的繁杂性。

Calculating of the average of hour-sequences is okne of the important and difficult questions in teaching statistics. On the basis of many textbooks of statistics and explaining them, this paper presents improvements on the methods of calculating the average of hour-sequences so as to be more scientific, strss the regularity and simplify the calculaing methods.
