普通高校游泳教学改革的实验研究

游泳有重要的健身意义和实用意义,是大学生喜爱的运动项目,也是南方高校体育教学的重要内容。但受教学组织形式和教学环境等客观条件的限制,游泳教学效果很不尽人意,因此游泳课的教学改革势在必行。本文通过调查法,对多年来影响游泳教学效果的因素进行研究和分析,制订出针对性的改革方案,进而通过教学实验进行验证,以此作为高校游泳教学改革的科学依据。

Swimming is popular among college＇s students for its physical and practical meaning,which make it a major course in physics education in colleges and universities in southern China. The effect of teaching is not favorable due to the limitations of objective conditions such as the patterns for teaching and learning and teaching environment. Therefore,the teaching reform for swimming in on the agenda. This paper studies and analyzes the reasons influencing the effect of the teaching swimming in recent years,and thence working out measures to deal with it. It will be tested through teaching,and the teaching reform for swimming in higher education will be based on it.
