摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对体育院校辅导员的职业幸福感现状及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:体育院校辅导员的职业幸福感处于中等水平,但幸福感较差的主要集中于中青年人群。其影响因素主要集中于主观和客观两个方面。在此基础上提出了提升体育院校辅导员职业幸福感促进辅导员队伍建设的策略:体育院校辅导员的自身角度——提高体育院校辅导员的职业认知和职业认同感,加强自我调适,提升相应的知识技能,营造和谐的人际交往环境;提升社会支持度——推进辅导员队伍专业化建设和职业化发展,建立健全激励机制,提高辅导员的待遇;制定辅导员岗位任职条件,完善辅导员岗位选拔竞争机制。
By searching literature ,doing questionnaire survey ,and analysing statistics ,this thesis makes a research on the present situation and impact factors of the occupational happiness sense of counselors in sports institutes.The result reflects that the occupational happiness sense of counselors in sports institutes is in a medium level.However,the occupational happiness sense of the young and the middle-aged is quite low.The impact factors are primarily focused on the subjective and objective aspects. According to these facts,this thesis put forwards the strategy to enhance the happiness sense and promote the construction of the counselor rank.For sports colleges counselor's,they need to improve their professional recognition,do self Debugging,learn konwledge and skills ,and create harmonious commuicating environment.Besides,it's necessary to enhance social support,promote the construction and decelopment of the counsellor's rank,establish the incentive mechanism,improve the counsellors' salary,make required conditions of employment and improve the mechanism of the competitive selection on counsellors.
