合作学习在培训与开发教学中的运用

摘要 论述合作学习的概念,合作学习中的基础小组分组、临时分组与趣味分组策略及课题设定。探析合作学习中的障碍性因素,如个体责任的缺失,积极的相互依赖的缺乏,小组冲突的发生,小组成员反馈意见不当,并对其原因进行剖析。介绍在培训与开发教学中合作学习的实例,提出合作学习的建设性策略。
