摘要
文采用HDI、聚环氧丙烷二醇、二羟甲基丙酸和封端剂乙二醇等为原料通过预聚法合成水性聚氨酯,并对其成膜性进行了力学分析.通过比较,最佳制备工艺:在40℃时向聚环氧丙烷二醇中缓慢加入HDI,80℃预聚1 h,加催化剂再反应1 h降温至75℃,加DMPA反应2 h,再封端反应1 h,降温至35-40℃加入TEA乳化30 min.交联剂相对含量的提高,可以提高聚氨酯膜的强度和韧性.
The waterborne polyurethane was prepared from 1,6-Hexamethylene Diisocyanate(HDI),Polypropylene Glycol(PPG),Dimethylol propinic acid(DMPA) and Ethylene Glycol(EG).The research for film-forming property of the product has been conducted.By comparison,the optimum preparation process is: HDI is added slowly into PPG at 40℃ firstly.Then the temperature rises to 80℃ and holds at that temperature for 1h.Catalyst is added and hold at that temperature for 1h,then DMPA is added and hold at 75℃ for 2h.Block the prepolymer after that for 1h.,then TEA is used to emulsify at 35~40℃ for 30min.Improving relative content of crosslinking agent increases strength and toughness of polyurethane film.
