摘要
针对S195柴油机在实际工作过程中存在的问题,利用Pro/E建立S195柴油机虚拟样机,获得各零件的几何和质量特性参数,并导入ADAMS中进行运动学、动力学仿真分析.模拟气缸内气体压力,分析柴油机额定工况下机构间动力作用状态;结合ADAMS和ANSYS对内燃机曲柄连杆机构零件进行动力学有限元分析.仿真分析表明,仿真结果与S195柴油机的实际工作状况基本一致,为柴油机的开发设计提供了一种可行的先进方法.
A virtual prototype is built by using of Pro/E according to the problem of S195 diesel engine in practical work process,a kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis is carried out in ADAMS by introducing of geometric and mass parameters of every part.The gas cylinder pressure is simulated,the work force among different mechanisms is analyzed under the rated condition of S195 diesel engine.Finally,it offers a dynamics finite element analysis of crank-connecting rod mechanism parts of the internal combustion engine by use of ADAMS and ANSYS.The simulation results are accordant with those in true working state of S195 diesel engine.This research provides a feasible advanced method for design and development of diesel engine.
