摘要
PCR是近几年发展起来的在分子生物学领域中最重要的技术之一,它在临床检验中的应用极为广泛,并以其高特异性、高灵敏度、简便快速、对样品要求低等优点弥补了其它方法的不足。本文着重介绍该技术的基本原理,及其在遗传病检测中的应用。
PCR, one of the most important techniques in the fields of molicular biology developed in recent years, is Widely used in clinical exemination. It is characterized by such advantanges as great speciality, high sensitivity, simplicity and quickness, and little demand for the samples' qualities, which make up for the disadvantages of oth- er techniques. This article will give a detailed account of the ultimate principies of PCR and its application in the examination of hereditary diseases.
