社会性别预算是社会性别主流化的重要组成部分,它是一种手段和方法,用以评估政府的收入和支出对女性和男性、女童和男童产生的不同影响。社会性别预算的分析和倡导可以为制定有效和公平的政策提供技术支持。开展社会性别预算工作,必须做一些必要的相关准备,借助于一些分析框架,只有这样才能够更为全面有效地进行预算分析。
Social gender budget is an important component of social gender mainstreaming. It is a way and method to evaluate different influence of government＇ s revenue and expenditure on men and women, boys and girls. The analysis and advocate of it offers technical support for making effective and fair policy. To make it, necessary preparations and analyzing framework must be offered to do overall and effective budget analysis.
