摘要
房产的分割是离婚诉讼要解决的重要问题。目前对房产的取得方式多种多样,尤其按揭贷款购置的房屋,其所有权状态更是复杂。在目前立法不明确的情形下,在确定房产的归属以及进行分割时,应具体问题具体分析。
The division of estate is an important problem in suit for divorce. The present ways of obtaining estate is various, especially houses purchased by mortgage loan of which ownership is complicated. Under indefinite legislative circumstances, specific problems should be analyzed when the ownership of houses are defined and divided.
