和谐社会视阈中“知识失业”问题研究

"Educated Unemployment" Problem of Harmonious Society

社会发展需要大量知识性人才,但随着近年来高校扩招,毕业生数量成倍增加,而许多知识青年尤其是刚刚大学毕业的学生却找不到工作。导致我国人才市场出现了"知识失业"现象。在研究我国"知识失业"的现状及其成因的基础上,提出一些相应的应对策略。对解决"知识失业"显得尤为重要。

The reasons for ＂educated unemployment＂ include the increase in supply of graduates,decrease in demand for graduates,inharmony with market of mechanism in higher education and imperfect labor market.The paper analyzes the countermeasures on solving the problem.
