摘要
本文结合作者赴英学习、考察的实际体会,对英国以导师制为基础的学生工作特点进行了归纳,并在此基础上就如何借鉴英国导师制,从而做好我国高校的学生工作提出了对策与建议。
The paper summarizes the characters of the tutorial system in England,based on the author＇s personal experience on visiting the UK.Then some suggestions on how to improve the students-affairs administration in the universities and colleges of our country are put forward,adopting the superiority of the tutorial system.
