橡胶树胶乳铜离子含量与乙烯刺激强度的关系初探 被引量:2

摘要 铜作为植物必需营养元素之一,在植物细胞中具有重要的生理功能,乙烯刺激能够显著增加橡胶树乳管细胞中铜离子的含量。乙烯刺激强度与胶乳中铜离子含量关系的试验结果初步表明:在一定乙烯刺激浓度范围内,乙烯浓度与胶乳中铜离子含量呈正相关,超出这一浓度范围则呈反相关。因此,可以研究用胶乳中铜离子含量来作为合理的刺激采胶强度的评价标准。 Copper has important physiological effects in a plant cell.as an essential element.Ethylene stimulation makes copper ion content in the laticifer of Hevea brasiliensis increasing.The relationship between copper content in latex of Hevea brasiliensis and the intensity of ethylene stimulation was studied.The results showed the copper ion content of latex was positive correlation with intensity of ethylene stimulation within limits,or that was negative correlation outside the limits.So it is possible that copper content of latex being a standard reference of assessing the intensity of ethylene stimulation.
