摘要
系统地对鸡油菌的种类与分布、形态特征、生态环境、营养成分、食药用价值及在生态系统中的功能等方面作了综述,为今后云南热区开发和利用鸡油菌资源提供依据。
Research Status and Prospect of the Cantharellus cibarius Fr.which involved in the species,distribution,morphological characteristics,ecotope,the nutrient ingredient,the edible and medicinal value were summarized systematically,and would then assist researchors for further study in tropical zone of Yunnan Province.
