X射线荧光光谱法测定煤矸石中主次量元素 被引量:6

摘要 采用熔融制样,以粘土和炉渣等国家标准样品为校准标样测定了煤矸石中TFe、SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3和TiO2的含量,结果显示,由于该方法可以完全消除不同产地煤矸石的矿物效应和粒度效应,准确度很好,可完全替代化学湿法分析,作为煤矸石分析的常规方法。 In this study, the samples were prepared by fusion method, the contents of TFe, SiO2, CaO, MgO, Al2O3 and TiO2 in coal gangue were determinded by the clay and slag national standard samples, The results showed that the method can completely eliminate coal gangue minerals of different ori gin effects and particle size effects, accuracy was good, it can be completely used as the conventional analysis methods of coal gangue replacing the wet chemical analysis.
