负氧离子三维立体复合针织面料的开发

摘要 采用负氧离子丙纶长丝、精梳棉纱和涤纶低弹丝3种原料,在双面针织提花大圆机上生产三维立体复合针织面料。详述了原料特性,针织上机工艺参数,染整工艺条件和成品布规格性能。 The three dimensional composite knitted fabric was produced on a double jacquard circular knitting loom by using polypropylene fibre filament yarn with negative oxygen ion, combed cotton yarn and polyester drawn textured yarn. Then it elaborated the characteristics of raw marterials, technological parameter, technological conditions of dyeing, and finishing, and the standard and performance of finished fabric.
