摘要 为探究纺纱条件对成纱性能产生的影响及其原因,在不同的纺纱工艺参数下,应用嵌入式复合纺技术,对亚麻/Modal/棉35/35/30与涤纶长丝进行混纺,并对其强伸性能、条干、毛羽进行了测试和对比分析。结果表明,综合考虑各项成纱性能指标,在其他工艺参数相同时,最佳成纱工艺条件为长丝与长丝间距12 mm,粗纱与长丝间距2 mm,捻系数范围400~420,预加张力10 g。 In order to explore the influence and reasons of spinning conditions on the properties of embeddeing composite yarn its reasons, it used the materials of ramie, modal, cotton 35/35/30 roving and polyester filament for mix spinning by using embedding composite spinning technology in different spinning technological paramcters, then the elongation, evenness and hairiness of the yarn were measured and compared. The result showed that the best spinning technologies were that under the condition that the other parameters were equal, the space of the filaments was 12 mm, the space between the roving and filament was 2 mm, the range of twist was 400-420, the pre-tension was 10 g.
