摘要
目的研究提高已有电控硅油风扇离合器的闭阀及排空特性.方法对已有电控硅油风扇离合器在不同的粘度和加油量下进行台架试验,通过分析试验数据,找出已有电控硅油风扇离合器的不足,从排油机构和电控机构上进行改进,并对改进后的电控硅油风扇离合器进行台架试验和试验分析.结果改进后的电控硅油风扇离合器的排空转速由原来的2400rmin-1降到1000rmin-1,调速时间由原3.0min降到1.0~1.5min,闭阀、排空特性和调速灵敏特性均有较大提高,能够满足使用要求.结论经试验证明,对电控机构和排油机构的改进是成功的,该电控硅油风扇离合器有较好的工程应用前景.
Aim To improve old silicon oil fan clutch's characteristics.Methods An experiment was done with the old electromagnetic controlled fan in different situation, through analysis of experiment data, the defect of old fan clutch was found, and it's oil returning sturcture and electromagnetic controlled system were improved also an experiment with the improved clutch was done. Results Experi ment with the improved clutch showed a great improve in the clutch's characteris tics. Departing output speed decreased from 2 400 r·min -1 to 1 000 r·min -1 , adjusting time decreased from 3 min to 1 0~1 5 min. Conclusion The improve ment in sturcture and electromagnetic controlled system is successful, the improved clutch has a good industrial prospects.
