摘要
以景天三七的茎段和叶片作为外植体,采用MS培养基为基本培养基,附加不同的植物激素组合进行实验,诱导其产生愈伤组织.结果表明:适合于离体茎段和叶片愈伤组织诱导的培养基是MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D1.0 mg/L,诱导率分别为66.67%和76.19%.
In this study,callus of Sedum aizoon was induced from explants of stems and leaves.MS was used as the basic medium for culture added with different plant hormone.The result shows that the suitable medium for callus inducement from its in vitro stems and leaves was MS supplemented with 1mg/L6-BA and 1mg/L2,4-D,and the callus inducement rates are 66.67% and 76.19%.
