摘要
用B270玻璃烧制出满足需要的螺旋基底,并对其进行检测.利用智能式烘箱设置合适的程序来控制玻璃的升温、恒温和降温,得到了合乎要求的玻璃螺旋面基底,并利用三坐标测量系统进行了检测.经三坐标检测后得到的结果与理论值误差很小,满足使用要求.研究结果表明用高温软化B270玻璃制作螺旋面工艺的可行性与可靠性.
This study aims to produce and detect the B270 glass helicoid substrate.Appropriate procedures were set by intellectual oven to control the heating,constant temperature and cooling in order to obtain the required glass helicoid basement,which was then detected by Coordinate Instrument.Detection by Coordinate Instrument shows that the difference between the result and the ideal value was very small.The product meets the requirements of usage.The study concludes that the process of producing helicoid by softening B270 glass at high temperature is feasible and reliable.
