Low-carbon economy is a win-win economic development pattern to achieve the balance between economic and social development and ecological environment protection based on the principle of sustainable development.It is supposed to be realized through technology innovation,system innovation,industry transformation,new energy development and various other means to decrease the consumption of the high-carbon energy such as coal and petroleum and reduces the greenhouse gas emission.
