摘要
师德建设是高校精神文明建设的重要内容。师德内涵如何科学界定与评估,使其更具可操作性,本文通过对师德评估的意义和作用、实施原则、内涵机制以及如何建立一套科学的师德评估方法进行分析,旨在对加强师德建设,建立科学的师德评估体系作粗略的探讨。
Teachers' moral it is an important part of the spiritual civilization construction in colleges and universities. This paper deals with the significance, function, practical principle and connotation mechanism of teachers' morality. Finally, a suggestion is made on how to work out a scientific system for estimating teachers' morality, aiming at strengthening teachers' morality construction.
