摘要
本文对如何提高高校学报质量进行探讨。并分别从提高编辑人员素质。广辟稿源、完善审稿制度、办出学报特色等方面进行论述，发表自己一些粗浅的看法。
This paper makes an introductory study of how to improve the quality of college joumals, dealing with improving the quality of editorial staff, creating a wide rang of possibilities for manuscripts, perfecting 'Two - examination - and - approval' system, and developing a characteristic style.
