摘要 为解决合金GS-14NiCrMo10 6V铸造成型过程中产品废品率偏高这一问题,在保证零件综合机械性能的前提下,采用反挤压工艺代替铸造工艺,通过对牵引销锻件的反挤压工艺研究,重点研究锻造加热规范、自由锻锤上热反挤压工艺过程以及锻后热处理工艺的确定,最终成功锻制出优质锻件,其机械性能、使用寿命都大大超过原有的铸件性能,满足设计要求.GS-14NiCrMo10 6V锻造工艺研制的成功,为该材质产品的加工工艺改进提供借鉴. In order to solve the problem of low mechanical properties and casting defects of German steel GS-14NiCrMo10 6V cast alloy forging process,the original material was used to replace casting process under the premise of ensuring the overall mechanical performance of the drawbar pin.Through the study of forging process of the drawbar pin of GS-14NiCrMo10 6V and focusing on design standards of forging heating specification,hot indirect extrusion and forging heat-treatment are conducted for the high-quality and full-fiber forging,and its mechanical properties and service life are improved.It is proved that forging technology of the GS-14NiCrMo10 6V cast steel is successfully developed,and it can be used as a reference to the improvement of processing technology with the same material.
