摘要
本文对薄材厚度在线检测仪的设计进行了讨论，介绍了该仪器的测量原理，及其功能与应用范围，对其波形、变极距电容特性和测量误差进行分析。
This paper discusses the design of the device used to measuring the thickness on production line .The measurement principle and the function application is introduced .The waviness, pole change distance capacity characteristic and measuring error is analyzed in details.
