The Influence of Different Surface Conditions of Solid Laser Lods on the Thermal Lens Effect

实验研究了一个抛光表面的红宝石激光棒和三个未抛光表面的金绿宝石激光棒的热透镜效应讨论了它们之间的区别。

Author has experimentally studied the thermal lens effect with a ruby laser lod which has polished sarface and three Alexandrite laser lods which have rough surfaces. The experimental results are given and the differences between them are discussed and analyzed theoritically. And the experimental results agree with the theoritical analyses. It has some reference values in designing solid laser rods.
