摘要
近些年网络虚拟财产纷争不断增多,而立法保护相对滞后。制定网络游戏基本法保护网络虚拟财产就成为行业规范与发展的必然需要。网络虚拟财产的立法首先要将虚拟财产纳入"其他合法财产"的范围,同时对于盗窃虚拟财产数额较大的应以刑法来调整。
Legal protection relatively lags as the disputes of network virtual property increases.Establishing basic law of network game for protecting network virtual property is necessary need of industry criterion and development.Legislation of network vietual property brings it into scopes of ＂other legal property＂ above all,uses adjustments of criminal law for stealing relatively large amount of it at the same time.
