摘要
振动噪声是冲击波超压测试,特别是自由场测试中比较常见的现象,是测试装置系统误差的重要组成部分。从装置受力与压力传感器性能两方面分析了在冲击荷载作用下振动噪声的产生原因,并简单介绍了该冲击响应噪声信号波形特点。提出了消减振动噪声的2种方法,并对2种方法分别进行了实验验证。
Vibration noise is a very common phenomenon during overpressure test by using shock wave. Especially during free-field test,it is a major part of errors for testing equipment system. Analyzes the generation of vibration noise under impulsive load for the respect of the force on the equipment and the performance of pressure sensor. The features of the wave form of noises in the shock response is briefly described. Two methods of reducing vibration noises are proposed. One is to optimize the mechanical structure of the testing equipment, and rationally design the vibration isolator. Another is to properly use wavelet analysis to reduce noises during signal processing. Moreover,both methods have been inspected and verified through experiments.
