摘要
介绍了一种基于葡萄糖氧化酶电极的快速血糖仪的设计。该设计以TMS320LF2407A DSP作为控制核心,介绍了血糖仪的工作原理和工作流程。针对温度对葡萄糖氧化酶活力的影响,重点介绍了嵌入式恒温控制系统,温度控制精度优于0.5℃。仪器检测范围为1~30 mmol/L,变异系数优于3%,可存储24 000个历史记录数据。
A kind of fast blood glucose meter which is based on glucose oxidase electrode is introduced. The meter uses TMS320LF2407A DSP as control core,the operation principle and flow are described. Aimed at the effect of temperature on the activity of glucose oxidase, a digital constant temperature control system is mainly illuminated. The precision of temperature control is better than 0.5 ~. The measurement range is 1 -30 mmol/L, the coefficient of variation(CV)is less than 3 %, 24000 history data can be stored.
