摘要
提出用模糊传感器将倾角传感器和位置传感器组合,对其参数进行模糊融合,组合评判,并把信号传给嵌入式微处理器,作出正确的响应,从而从称重传感器和测速传感器的累加器获得误差较小的数据。对于减小皮带秤倾角与跑偏等误差具有很大意义。
Fuzzy sensor combines the tilt sensor with position sensor. Its parameters are fuzzy fused and combination evaluated. The signal was passed to embedded microprocessors to make the right response. From the accumulator of weighing sensor and speed sensor obtain data with smaller error. It has great meaning for reducing the inclination of belt weigher, as well as the error in belt conveyor deviation,etc.
