Preparation and application of a new alkyl ketene dimer surface sizing agent

研究了一种新型AKD表面施胶剂的制备及应用,将该新型表面施胶剂与传统AKD表面施胶剂在相同情况下进行了应用试验对比,结果表明新型AKD表面施胶剂的抗水性能远高于传统AKD表面施胶剂。该新型AKD表面施胶剂固含量高,能够节省运输成本,用量省,熟化速度快,性价比高。

The preparation and application of a new AKD surface sizing agent was studied.The comparison test was carried out between the new AKD surface sizing agent and traditional AKD under same conditions.The result show that anti-water performance of the new AKD surface sizing agent is higher than that of the traditional AKD.The new AKD surface sizing agent with higher solid content,can save transportation costs and has the advantage of less dosage,fast curing and high performance price ratio.
