在当前宽松的货币政策环境下,地方政府融资平台呈现"井喷式"爆发。地方政府融资平台在拓宽地方政府融资渠道、完善地方公共服务建设、繁荣地区经济、推进地区城市化进程等方面发挥了重要的作用。然而,地方政府融资平台下的政府担保融资却构成了地方政府的或有债务,形成潜在的财政风险。

Under the current circumstance of easy monetary policy,financing platforms of local governments have mushooomed rapidly.It has played a vital role in broadening the financing channels of local governments,improving local public services,developing regional economy and promoting regional urbanization process.However,the government secured financing under the platform has caused contingent liabilities of the local governments and formed potential financial risks.
