摘要
本文分析了国内外环境税研究现状,通过博弈模型分析了环境税的运行机制和在推动技术创新中的作用。研究结果显示,实施环境税是保护环境、促进企业加强技术创新进而提高资源利用效率的有效途径。
In this paper,the author analyzed the research status of environmental taxes at home and abroad,analyzed the mechanism and role of the tax in technological innovation by the game model.Research results showed that the implementa-tion of environmental tax is an effective way to protect the environment,promote the enterprise technology innovation and im-prove the efficiency of using resources.
