摘要 目的:探讨在护理人员入职培训中应用护理安全教育融入护理技术操作培训的教学效果。方法:选取我院新入职护理人员61人随机分成实验组30人和对照组31人,对照组采用传统教学培训考核方法,实验组采用护理安全教育融入护理技术操作的教学培训考核方法。在入职1年后对护理人员的理论能力、实践能力和执业安全进行评价。结果:实验组护理人员技能考试优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组执业过程发生安全缺陷明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理安全教育融入护理技术操作的教学方法是有效提高护理人员安全执业的教育训练模式。 Objective: To explore the teaching effect of safety education in nursing care on the teaching of nursing skill operation for the new recruits. Methods: 61 new recruits in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group ( n = 30) and control group ( n = 31) . The traditional teaching,training and examination methods were taken in the control group and safety education in nursing care was applied to the teaching of nursing skill operation and examination in the experimental group. The nursing theory,practical competence and the consciousness of occupational safety of nurses were evaluated after they worked for one year. Results: Excellent rates of nursing skills examination of nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher than those of nurses in the control group ( P 0. 05) ; the occurrence of safety fault in the process of practice was obviously less in the experimental group than that in the control group ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion: The safety education in nursing care applied to the teaching of nursing skill operation is one of the effective teaching methods to enhance the nurses'consciousness of occupational safety.
