摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在三叉神经痛(TN)患者MRI检查中的作用。方法:对45例行高分辨率三维MRI检查的TN患者进行状态焦虑量表(SAI)测评,根据患者的焦虑情况实施心理干预。结果:通过对TN患者进行有效的心理护理,SAI值由心理干预前的(50.71±7.23)分减小到心理干预后的(42.11±6.15)分,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的心理护理能够减轻TN患者的焦虑心理,有利于顺利完成MRI检查。
Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological care on the patients with trigeminal neuralgia （ TN） in MRI examination. Methods： 45 TN patients who received 3D high-resolution MRI examination were assessed with State Anxiety Inventory （ SAI） and given psychological intervention according to the situation of patient＇s anxiety. Results： SAI value of the patients decreased to 42. 11 ± 6. 15 points from 50. 71 ± 7. 23 points after effective psychological care （ P 0. 05） . Conclusion： The effective psychological care can reduce anxiety of the patients with TN,which is conducive to the successful completion of MRI examination.
