Investigation on the needs of establishment of standardization process of self-help first aid at home for the patients with high risk of sudden cardiac death

目的:了解心源性猝死(SCD)高危患者建立家庭自助急救标准化流程的现状及需求状况,探索建立心源性猝死高危患者家庭自助急救标准化模式的途径。方法:向SCD高危患者家属发放自行设计的调查问卷,调查SCD高危患者家属对SCD基本知识掌握状况、家庭自助急救知识及技能(CPR)培训方式需求状况;建立心源性猝死高危患者家庭自助急救标准化流程,对家属依据流程进行培训。结果:SCD高危患者家属对SCD相关知识知晓率低;家庭自助急救知识及急救技能(CPR)普遍不掌握。结论:亟需对患者家属开展规范的家庭自救知识及技能培训,建立患者家庭自助急救标准化流程,可以促进培训效果,提高SCD患者抢救成功率。

Objective： To learn the current situation and the needs of establishment of standardization process of self-help first aid at home for the patients with high risk of sudden cardiac death （ SCD） in order to establish the standardization mode and ways of self-help first aid at home. Methods： The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the families of the patients the grasp of basic knowledge of the SCD and the needs of training on knowledge of self-help first aid at home and skills so as to set up the standardization process of self-help first aid at home and provide training for the families based on the process. Results： The awareness rate of SCD-related knowledge among the families of the patients was obviously low and most of the families did not have the knowledge and skills of self-help first aid at home. Conclusion： The desirable training should be carried out on the SCD-related knowledge and skills of self-help first aid at home for the families of the patients with high risk of SCD and standardization process should be set up as soon as possible,which will no doubt improve the success rate of rescue.
