摘要
目的研究电针对模拟夜班工作或跨时区飞行造等颠倒光-暗周期动物模型——倒相活动大鼠生理节律的调整作用。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为电针组(A)、自然恢复组(B)、捆绑对照组(C)3组,在LD12:12条件下驯化10天后,A、B组颠倒光暗周期,第15日电针组选用针刺"百会"穴和"长强"穴。应用小动物用DSI植入式生理信号遥测系统,连续检测记录每只动物的体温数据并分析其昼夜节律时相特征。结果在LD12/12光暗循环条件下,大鼠体温节律与外界环境的光暗循环保持一致。大鼠在颠倒光暗周期后,大鼠的生理节律暂时消失,电针治疗条件下较自然恢复组提前2~4d使其节律相位恢复到正常水平。结论电针能使倒相体温节律加速恢复正常,不失为一种有效调整轮班不适或时差反应的疗法。
Objective To explore the adjusting effect of electro-acupuncture on body temperature rhythm of rats under phase inversion,which are animal model of simulating the situation of shift work and flight across time zones. Methods MaleWistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including acupuncture group (A),natural recovery group (B),and control group (C). After domestication by LD12:12 for 10 days,group A and group B inverted the period of light and dark,and acupunctured the point of "Bai Hui" and "Chang Qiang" of group A rats in the 15th day. During this period,the rat’s body temperature was recorded telemetrically and analyzed with data science international (DSI,USA). Results The inversion of light-dark cycle caused the disappearance of rhythm temporarily,and acupuncture helped recover the rhythm two to four days ahead of the natural recovery group. Conclusion Acupuncture could accelerate recovery of rhythm,which may be a good method to cure discomfort caused by shift and jet lag.
