摘要
医院奖金分配的不公平容易造成员工思想不稳定,工作积极性受挫,甚至导致难以留住人才和吸引人才,直接影响医院的核心竞争力和健康发展。本文通过分析目前医院奖金分配的变革和存在的问题,提出医院奖金公平分配的策略,切实起到奖金的激励作用。
The unfair distribution of bonus in hospital can lead to low morale and even resignation among its staff,thus affect the competitiveness and stable development of the hospital. The current reform and issues of bonus distribution in hospital are analyzed and strategy of equal distribution of bonus is proposed so that the function of bonus can be fully applied.
