通过学习十六届三中全会提出的"坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观"的科学发展观,充分认识了科学发展观引领医学教育科研及其管理的重要性。本文结合学校医学教育科研实际情况,阐述了科学发展观指导下医学教育科研的科学规范管理之指导思想与实践。

By studying the conception of scientific development based on the people oriented,comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable developing mode,the significance between the conception of scientific development and medical education research and its management should be fully recognized. This article explored a new way on medical education research and its management guided by the conception of scientific development.
